FAQs
New to the industry or honing your craft, we'd love to help. Below are some questions we have been asked in the past. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.
How many students per class?
Classes are limited to a maximum of 12 students. Groups of 4 (or more) can request that a class be capped so only members of their party are attending the course. This is free of charge.
When is payment due?
To reserve a spot, please send a $150 deposit to andredecairos@gmail.com via e-transfer with your name, email address and the name and date of the course. Confirmation will be sent within 48 hours. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to the start of the course. If available, course registration within 4 weeks of the course will be accepted at full cost.
If I pay my deposit and can no longer take the course, do I get a refund?
In the event you cannot attend the course, 6 weeks notice is required to receive a full refund. Deposits will not be returned after this time. In cases of emergency please contact us. These will be handled on a case by case basis.
What should I wear?
Please wear loose fit, comfortable clothing. Apart from Thai Massage, the techniques learned in our courses can be provided regardless of the attire worn. Despite this, loose fit clothing is always best for the learning environment.
Is there parking available?

Is Chi Nei Tsang and Thai Massage in our Scope of Practise?

What forms of payment do you accept?

There are a number of restaurants and shops in the area. You are welcome to bring food or visit a local restaurant.
Can I take your courses if I'm not a massage therapist?
